About

Since 2009 I have been working with busy professionals that want to make a positive change to their health and fitness.
As someone who went through a slow and steady weight gain through emotional eating, to losing it all and more within 18 months whilst becoming fitter than before, I have first-hand experience in the transformation process.
I know the frustrations of figuring out what is healthy to eat, how much of it to eat, trying to resist temptation when eating socially or around holidays.
The anxiety that can come with not knowing what to do, or how to do it, or how often to do it, and what will work best for you as an individual.
Now I would like to help you achieve positive change for yourself by taking all of the uncertainty away and giving you an actionable plan to put into practice from the very beginning. 3 Pronged Approach

I am here to provide you with all the tools you need to reach your goals. Your transformation plan will be designed so that you have meaningful and actionable takeaways throughout in bite-sized chunks, allowing you to get on with your busy life whilst making small positive changes. Accumulated small changes will create the desired end goal.

Your Transformation Plan

Measure. Track. Adjust.

The first stage of your transformation - we sit down together and go through your health and fitness history to gauge where you are at the moment in relation to your end goal. From there I will gather some baseline data which will be used throughout the transformation to monitor if you are making the positive changes you seek. All metrics will be tracked in your personal data file which you will have access to. Where needed, adjustments to the plan will be made to ensure that progress is being maintained at an optimal rate. Routine check-ins and measurements will be used to measure progress.

Food, Drink, and Supplements

Energy. Balance. Enjoyment.

Change happens from within, and with health and fitness this has never been more true. As part of your plan I will go through your food, drink and supplement history, gather baseline data to measure against, and work with you to move toward the ideal nutritional set up to fuel your goal. Incremental changes to your diet and lifestyle will ensure that this process is not painful, but enjoyable and educational. You will come away knowing why you are making the changes and what benefit they will have for you.

Exercise

Fitter. Stronger. Leaner.

Get the most out of your time. I will coach you through a personalised warm up, getting your body limber, ready and up to temperature for the coming workout. You will then go through a testing but rewarding workout, finishing in a cooling down and stretching routine to have you feeling rejuvenated and ready to tackle the rest of your day. Your exercise session will be designed specifically to move you towards your end goal, and each one will be different to the next. No bodybuilding splits here! I focus on functional movements using equipment you feel comfortable with. We start with what you can do, and build on that.

Home: Programs

I reached out to Tan to see if he could train me online. I am at Uni at the moment and so couldn't come to see him in person. He designed me workout plans, calculated my macros for me with the carbs, fats and protein I needed, and with bi-weekly check-ins tweaked things for me to stay on track. I wanted to get more size on my bum, slim my waist down and tone my arms up and he helped me to do that. I have gotten stronger as well which was something I didn't expect.

I have a very physical job as a plumber so didn't think I needed to go to the gym if I'm honest. But my doctor told me that I needed to start eating healthy and exercise. I didn't fancy the thought of eating dry chicken and salad for the rest of my life so I'm glad a friend recommended Tan to me. I can still have a fry up, and a pint, but Tan has shown me how to fit it in and look forward to them. My shoulder and knee pain has almost all gone but we are working on that and getting there.

Tan has been absolutely fantastic! I abhorred the thought of going to a gym and doing alien movements to get me sweaty and red-faced in front of strangers! With Tan's guidance I was able to go from rank amateur who couldn't tell a dumbbell from a sandbag, to almost being able to do a whole pull up by myself! I feel much more confident in myself and my appearance than i did at the start, my clothes fit better, i have even needed to go and buy some new clothes! All that in just 10 weeks! I have 2 more weeks to go with my package and will definitely be coming back again in the new year- thanks again Tan

I have been lifting weights since I was 16 with my older brother, but I finally got fed up of doing that whole bodybuilding style training last year (2020)- didn't help that lockdown happened and I couldn't go to the gym anyway! This made me realise that I didn't have a lot of variety to my health and fitness. It was quite rigid. During lockdown I did bodyweight stuff, calisthenics etc like the Barstarzz and Frank Medrano, but Tan took it to a whole another level, pushed me the way I used to get pushed with bodybuilding, using kit that I never used before- I got more punished with just a kettlebell, resistance band and a sandbag than I ever have!! And this was all from the driveway at home! Tan knows his stuff.

I was getting joint pains from my running sessions, and Tanvir helped me to appreciate the benefit of complementing with strength training and addressing my eating habits. Now I eat loads more delicious food, my joint pain decreased, and my running improved too.

I was always busy with working in the city to have time to work out, but a girl's holiday was coming up and I suddenly felt really self conscious about my body. I needed to get results fast and that is what Tan done for me. We devised a 12 week plan which gave me plenty of time and a buffer in case life got in the way- which it invariably did- I was given targets to achieve daily for water intake, meals, exercise was supervised as I didn't want to jeopardise anything with such a short time frame to go, and I am amazed at how much my body has changed! I bought myself a new bikini set as a reward for all my hard work, and had the best holiday ever! I haven't been as disciplined since my holiday without Tan's guidance but plan on buying another package again in the future before the next holiday

I would go to the gym sporadically, and waste my time a lot before going to a treadmill to run for 30 mins. I used to have back pain from my desk job and thought the gym would fix it. I learned from Tan that there is a lot more to it than that, and I couldn't have put it all together into a plan the way he did very quickly and with ease it seems! Now i feel stronger, my back pain has gone, i feel more alert and don't get the post lunch time slump I used to!
